To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated ski, snowboard, and winter sports instructors who are dedicated to delivering excellence both on and off the slopes.

- Pick guests up directly from their hotel or chalet (a private car or rental car is required for this job)
- Accompany them to the rental shop and provide equipment advice
- Recommend and, when needed, book their lunch spots
- Bring them safely back to their accommodation after the lesson

To support your professional growth, we regularly organise internal training sessions to keep our instructors up to date with the latest teaching techniques, improve technical skiing and riding skills, and ensure consistent premium-quality service. As a member of our team, you will work with guests of all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced skiers seeking technical refinement or wishing to explore the region’s best slopes and hidden gems. We carefully match instructors with clients to ensure the ideal fit for your strengths, personality, and teaching style.
Qualified instructors may also guide guests in additional activities such as snowshoeing, sledging, snowtubing, snowbiking, ski touring, and heli-skiing.
