Housekeeping Team Leader – Karpathos Island

Join our popular windsurfing center on windy Karpathos! We are looking for an experienced, reliable Housekeeping Team Leader for our hotel (18 apartments & 6 villas). This is a hands-on role combining cleaning duties with team coordination.

Role Highlights:  

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and maintain high standards 
• Work alongside a small team of cleaners 
• Prepare rooms, manage laundry, and organize supplies

Requirements:

• Housekeeping experience (leadership a plus) 
• Driving license (B) 
• Organized, independent, physically fit 
• Basic English or Greek
