PADI Diving Instructor Wanted for the 2026–2027 Season 🇧🇸🤿
OnlyBlue Diving Dreams, a PADI 5-Star Dive Center located at Club Med Columbus Isle in the Bahamas, is looking for a motivated and professional PADI Diving Instructor to join their team for the 2026–2027 season.
If you are passionate about diving, enjoy working with people and dream of living and working in the Bahamas, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Teach PADI courses and lead certified divers
- Conduct Discover Scuba Diving experiences
- Alternate between Instructor and Boat Master duties
- Participate in daily dive center operations
- Assist with equipment maintenance and cylinder filling
- Promote diving activities and interact with Club Med guests
What They Are Looking For
- Current PADI OWSI
- Minimum 1–2 years of instructional experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Spanish is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Team spirit
- Technical diving experience is an advantage
