Ski Instructor all levels

At Ski School Rougemont, we are far more than a ski school – we are guides, friends, and passionate ambassadors of the mountains in Gstaad, Rougemont, and the Saanenland. We provide a truly premium, personalised service to our guests, reflecting the exclusive nature of the region and its international, high-level clientele. To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated ski, snowboard, and winter sports instructors who deliver excellence both on and off the slopes. 

What a typical day looks like 

Working with us goes far beyond traditional instruction. Every instructor plays an essential role in ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience. Your daily tasks may include:

•  Picking guests up directly from their hotel or chalet (private car or rental car required) 
• Talking with guests about their level, goals, and preferences to tailor each lesson 
• Teaching private lessons (our focus) and occasionally small group lessons 
• Accompanying guests to the rental shop and advising them on equipment 
• Assisting with ski pass purchases 
• Guiding them onto the mountain and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience
• Recommending – and when needed, booking – their lunch spots 
• Dropping guests back at their accommodation after the lesson 
• Staying in close contact with our office for scheduling, logistics, and guest coordination

Your work with guests 

As a member of our team, you will work with guests of all levels - from absolute beginners to advanced skiers seeking technical refinement or wanting to explore the region’s best slopes and hidden gems. We carefully match instructors with clients to ensure the ideal fit for your strengths, personality, and teaching style.
